The program on the Kuopio Market Square traditionally lifts up the atmosphere of the festival!
At Savonia-stage you can see plenty of program from dance students and enthusiasts, as well as performers from other creative fields. The program is hosted by Tiina Naumanen and the event is sponsored by Savonia University of Applied Sciences.
The diverse lineup of performers during the week includes oriental dance, Zumba, wheelchair dance, Kuopio Taijiquan, Minna-Maaria Antikainen and Sakari Kuosmanen together with Kalle Pakarinen, among others.
The renewed, even more spectacular Carnival Parade also ends at the Savonia-stage, where the groups that participated in the parade will perform.
The program starts daily at 11:00 a.m. and lasts about 45 minutes.
