African dance for beginners - Yankadi and Macru

Yankadi: A very popular dance of seduction in the low coast region of Guinea. It is danced by the Soussou, Teminé and Mendenyi ethnic groups, as well as the people of northwest Sierra Leone.

Macru: The success of the prior seduction in yankadi is followed by Macru, which gives the music a much fervent atmosphere. Generally Yankadi and Macru are always played one right after the other.
