Argentinean dancer Julio Bocca is a superstar. He won the gold medal at the international Ballet Competition in Moscow and was invited to join the American Ballet Theatre by Mikhail Baryshnikov. He was Guest Artist with Royal Ballet of London, Bolshoi Ballet in Moscow and many others. In 1990 he created his own ballet company. In combining ballet with tango, he has often worked with choreographer Ana Maria Stekelman.

Minimi is a dance theatre based in Kuopio. They perform in Finland and abroad, on tours and on our local stage, in schools and on the street. Marjo Kuusela has a long career on Finnish dance field. Ihme juttu is her first choreography to Minimi. It consists of seven stories about the curiosities and wonders that make each human being a unique individual.

Iceland Dance Company is the national dance company of Iceland. The company has consistently built a repertoire of choreography by many of Europe's leading contemporary
choreographers. Jo Strømgren received the chorographer's award in the Icelandic theatre award for his piece in June 2008. Lara Stefánsdóttir was a dancer with IDC for twenty years. She has created numerous pieces for IDC.
Alexander Ekman has choreographed for companies like Cullberg Ballet, Nederlands Dans Theater, IT dansa and Bern Ballet. He´s been widely recognized for his innovative and humorous work. Station Gray – Last Stop is a theatrical dance piece with 11 different characters. We follow a group of people through different situations as they discover a part of their youth again.
