The YELLOW session will focus on the creative aspects of dance. Creativity, thinking outside of the box and leaving your comfort zone are the key words to address several subject through a diversity of exercises.
The GREEN session will focus on the growth and feelings as a dancer. How to add our feelings to our dances and how to touch the audience are some of the subjects we will discuss. Presentation, floor craft, connection, partnering, rhythm and musicality are key components for a successful performance.
The RED session is all about passion and the love for dancing. It’s being who you want to be right in that moment by listening to a specific song. Hear, feel, move, be happy and dance.

In each session we will use a variety of dance to teach different aspects of dance. It will be an interactive and practical workshop with a small portion of theoretical support. At the end of each session a short video recording moment will be provided to record the key components of the session for utilization in each dance club.
