For courses that are not full, you can sign up directly at the course venue (cash payment) during the festival week. For the majority of courses you can also partisipate to individual lessons.

If you have payed your course before 5th of May you will get the festival pass. The festival pass holders have an opportunity to purchase last minute tickets on the day of the show for a discount price (discount tickets are sold in the Music Centre Box Office at 12.00–18.00 for shows that have free seats left, discount is valid for tickets over 15€). You can claim your festival pass from the Festival Shop & Info located in the Music Center, opening hours 14.-20.6. at 10.00–18.00.

Wheelchair dancing for advanced dancers - a colorful dance story -workshop      fully booked

During the different session for advanced dancers we will create a colorful dance story.
The BLUE session will focus on the technique of wheelchair dancing, which is the base to build up from.
The YELLOW session will focus on the creative aspects of dance. Creativity, thinking outside of the box and leaving your comfort zone are the key words to address several subject through a diversity of exercises.
The GREEN session will focus on the growth and feelings as a dancer. How to add our feelings to our dances and how to touch the audience are some of the subjects we will discuss. Presentation, floor craft, connection, partnering, rhythm and musicality are key components for a successful performance.
The RED session is all about passion and the love for dancing. It’s being who you want to be right in that moment by listening to a specific song. Hear, feel, move, be happy and dance.

In each session we will use a variety of dance to teach different aspects of dance. It will be an interactive and practical workshop with a small portion of theoretical support. At the end of each session a short video recording moment will be provided to record the key components of the session for utilization in each dance club.

The Ageless Grace program - 21 Simple Tools for Lifelong Comfort and Ease - can be done by almost anyone of any age or ability. The movement sequences focus on the healthy longevity of the body, mind, emotions and spirit. All of the exercises are designed to be practiced in a chair, and they consists of moments that are natural and organic - there’s no need to learn any special choreography.

The Nia 5 Stages is an integrative movement practice based on the five stages of human development: Embryonic, Creeping, Crawling, Standing and Walking. Practiced with awareness, these stages have the power to facilitate optimal alignment, improved function and comfort in the body. Whether practiced at length or for as little as five minutes a day, this system provides a tool for reclaiming and sustaining mobility, flexibility, strength, agility and stability.
